How to run an ad on TBuddy: targeting, budgets, review and analytics

In-app ads on TBuddy are native promotions injected into the tab you choose — Home, Products, Buddies, Chats or Search — and they look like the surrounding UI, not banners. Any ID-verified member can run one, and the whole flow lives inside the app.
1. Pick what you're promoting
From the + menu, tap Create Ad, then pick the thing you're promoting: a specific task, a product, your services or your profile. Ads can point to an in-app destination, an external URL, a WhatsApp number, or all three (users see the buttons that match).
2. Pick placement, targeting and budget
- Placement: Home feed (between posts), Products browse, Buddies grid, Chats row or Sponsored Search.
- Targeting: your city, a radius from a specific point, or nationwide. Language too, if you like.
- Budget: daily budget + runtime. Wallet is charged upfront; unused budget refunds automatically when the ad closes.
3. Manual review
Every ad is reviewed by a human before it goes live. Ads for restricted goods (weapons, drugs, adult content, MLM, etc.) are rejected and refunded in full. Most reviews clear in under a few hours.
4. How your budget is spent
Daily budget pacing spreads spend across the day so you don't burn out in the first hour. Frequency capping — both in the app and on the server — limits any single viewer to 5 views per ad per day, so budget goes to fresh eyeballs, not the same three people.
5. Owner-only analytics
The ad detail page shows impressions (only counted after 800 ms visible on screen), clicks, CTR and a daily chart. Only you can see it. Low-CTR alerts fire once you cross a meaningful volume so you know when to swap creative.
6. Pause, extend or close
You can pause, extend the budget in tiered chunks, or close an ad early from the same page. Advertisers get email + in-app receipts on every state change, and unused budget always comes back to the wallet.
