Terms of Service

TBuddy is a marketplace for short, legal, in-person help and platonic companionship tasks (1–2 hours).

You must be 18 or older to use TBuddy. You agree not to use the platform for any sexual service, escorting, prostitution, hidden dating-for-pay, harassment, or illegal activity. Violations result in immediate ban and may be reported to authorities.

TBuddy does not hold, transfer, escrow, or process money between users. Pricing on a task is what helpers may agree to in person; any payment, refund or dispute related to that exchange is strictly between the two users. TBuddy is not a party to it. Premium membership fees paid to TBuddy are separate and governed by the Membership terms shown at purchase.

You are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public, keep chats in-app, and report anything suspicious.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
